GF DF Herb De Provence Steak Frittatas
The Real Pantry Edition
As I ventured into the world of Herb De Provence I noticed it is extremely good on meat and vegetables. I am an out of the box thinker when it comes to what can be served for breakfast at my house and vegetables are on the list of items that often make the table first thing in the morning. But, the number one food that is served for breakfast at our house is farm fresh eggs. I buy them locally and they taste so much better than the ones in the store.
Frittatas are one of my favorite things to make because they are simple and they taste good, too!
These Frittatas go great with this recipe for Gluten Free Croissants!
¼ cup water
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon The Real Pantry’s Herb De Provence seasoning
1 cup cooked cubed steak
1 cup shredded sweet potatoes (you can use regular potatoes)
Preheat oven to 350 f. Crack eggs into bowl and mix until whites and yokes are combined. Add water, baking powder and herb de provence to bowl and mix until combined. In a cupcake or muffin tin lined or greased add steak and shredded sweet potatoes. Pour egg mixture over steak and sweet potato until muffin section is ¾ full. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and ENJOY! (Freezes well for reheating for meals on the go!)
